17.0 Fraud Checks

17.1 AYB INDUSTRIES  vigilantly screens all orders to ensure they are not fraudulent. This protects against chargeback from credit card companies whilst protecting customers.

17.2 AYB INDUSTRIES  reserves the rights to decline or cancel any payments if not satisfied with the authenticity of an order. In the case of a cancelled or declined order, payments will be refunded.

17.3 All orders detected as fraudulent will be reported to the authorities and added to an internal fraud screening system.
